COLLEEN WAINWRIGHT, a.k.a. "the communicatrix," is a Los Angeles-based writer/designer/consultant who helps entrepreneurs define and market themselves. She is a devoted adherent of the Marketing Mentor program as well as living proof that by gum, the stuff actually works.

Radical Self Promotion

Our friends over at Biznik, the business networking site that doesn't suck (that's a variation on their tagline), are getting some good visibility these days, no doubt as a result of their radical self promotion.

Just yesterday, they were chosen as a Webby Award honoree AND they were featured in this segment on NPR.

Also, keep your eyes open for promotion of their second annual Bizjam conference in Seattle on July 10th.

I'll be there breathing life into my article, How Not To Network.
