We’ve added a few more helpful reads to our books page and we want to see if we’re missing anything.
Have you read any books that have inspired you? Taught you something? Would be valuable to your fellow creative solopreneurs? If so, please let us know.

I've found The Web Designer's Idea Book by Patrick McNeil to be a great reference. Great inspiration for website design, as well as usability. The sample color palettes are a great feature.

Getting Things Done by David Allen. I've barely begun to implement the system, but just the way he looks at the issues around getting organized and getting things done is eye-opening.
I also really liked a book called Brag: the Art of Tooting Your Own Horn Without Blowing It by Peggy Klaus, for anyone (especially women) who struggles with selling themselves.

Consider "The Designful Company," by Marty Neumeier.
It's an interesting read because he says businesses should make decisions the way designers do design.
How else, he asks, can businesses get to the creativity, radical innovation and differentiation needed for success in the new economy?
Plus, it has cool graphics and charts. Just sayin'.
