3 Easy Steps and Voila- My Social Networking Profile!

How can I say what I do—concisely?

If my one first impression is my profile on Biznik or LinkedIn, how can make it a good one?

Well, I used Colleen's 3 part formula to create my profiles!  Here are the steps Colleen suggested.

  1. Are you the person with this problem?
  2. I can help
  3. Here's how

And here's what I've come up with so far:

It's easy for small business owners to get so overloaded with work they don't have time to market themselves.

They have too much work to do, and because of that, tasks are being neglected, opportunities being missed, and marketing is falling to the wayside.  And of course, marketing is so important--because that's what keeps the new business rolling in.

That's where I come in.

I help small business owners keep their marketing on-track by handling the tasks they don't have time for. I'm an extra set of hands, with a strong background in marketing and written communication, and I help them get things done.

I do the work that keeps being moved to the bottom of the to-do list, whether it's writing a newsletter, finding prospects online, keeping blogs up-to-date, managing pay-per-click campaigns, writing web copy or submitting articles to directories.

What do you think?

How are your social networking profiles coming along? Also, I'd love to connect with you on Linkedin and Biznik.com! Or, visit my website to see more about what I do. 'til next week!

Comments

I find blogging one of the good ways of internet marketing. I have received a small number of visitors on my site especially from the sites where I commented their blogs.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
