Colleen, I love the way you're "colleen-izing" the marketing plan. That's what everyone is supposed to do. The important thing is to, as you say, do something every day and not give up when you miss a day or two (or even a whole week).

Love today's post (she doesn't let me see them until they're posted here). Keep it up!

I love today's post too, Colleen! Is it helpful to see you struggling? I wouldn't say that-- but it's nice to know you're not a machine. I think most people reading this have ups and downs where not every day is perfect... so it's easier to relate. If there are people who never struggle, I invite them to please share their tips of the trade! My theory is, even if it's not perfect, it's SO MUCH better than nothing. Plus, we're just getting started; there's bound to be an adjustment period. Keep on rockin', and please make sure to get enough sleep!

Colleen,Thank you for sharing and for your reminder to focus on the small victories. I love checking things off a to do list and I make one every morning for my day ahead. I find myself looking more at the items I didn't get done that day though rather than the ones I did. Same with my MM calendar. I've been spending an hour a day on my marketing, but find I still don't get everything done. So thank you for the reminder to stay positive!

Hi Colleen. I like that you're sharing personal experiences in your posts about cold calls and other marketing tasks. I'm so happy to discover that I don't have to be perfect about this to succeed. Phew, what a relief!

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate the support and feedback. And NO, I'm not now nor have I ever been perfect. Not even close. (Not that I haven't aspired to it, as ridiculous as that is.)

Podcast up soon.
