Hi Peleg,

I have to admit this one has me scared. Our business is 10 years old but has never been hit with a recession - not sure Canada will get hit a hard but still I'm worried. I have definitely looked at where we can cut but I have spent more money in October and November on marketing then ever before and will continue to do so.

I have hired 2 different writers plus work with Ilise, we're redoing our web site and our logo and are continuing to brainstorm ways to market in 2009.

I wish my marketing efforts had been farther along when this all hit - but I can only be thankful that we did get serious about it when we did and aren't starting from scratch.

As much as I am scared I'm also pretty excited about getting my machine rolling no matter what the economic climate.
