Another option is to have the client answer a question that focuses on an area you want to highlight. General testimonials like "She did a terrific job," etc. are great, but specific comments are better.

You can ask questions like, "Aside from the copy (or design), how do you feel about the level of service you received?" or (after some time has passed) "Can you comment on the reaction or response to the new website/copy/design?
